DX Hall of Fame

On May 15, 2026, in Dayton, I experienced one of the most meaningful moments of my amateur radio life: my induction into the DX Hall of Fame.

Becoming the first Italian woman — and one of the very few YLs worldwide — to receive this honor solely for operating achievements fills me with deep gratitude. For me, DXing has never been about statistics, but about human connection and presence in the most challenging corners of the world.

Over thirty years, I have activated 33 DXCC Entities and logged over 350,000 QSOs, almost always operating solo. From remote missions across Africa to the recent 3X3A Guinea DXpedition (April 2026), passion and determination have always been my driving force.

My sincere thanks to the ARI Perugia Section, Francesco Fucelli (IK0XBX), and INDEXA for their trust and support. The journey continues!
